Não me parece que seja bluff...
fica aqui o copy /paste de um inglês que publicou num forum; é para o zoe, mas só pode ser igual para o fluence:
Hi, I’ve just been looking at some of these threads.
The cost to remove the battery is £1,200 – £1,500 as the owner has to pay for removal and transportation of the battery to France. This has been confirmed to me today by RCI.
After the three years is up, you are currently forced to take out a new agreement or sell/part ex it in, they won’t let you just return the car.
I have a case just started with the Finanical Ombudsman (ref: 18132388, please telephone 0800 0234567).
Please if anyone would like to add their thoughts to this case this would be the time to do it. It’s free to use.
I have an unsafe Zoe, which I will not drive again, it loses power and gears every few months and is a potential death trap, but Renault tell me it’s fine. Motorcodes won’t help and RCI are also currently taking Renaults side by saying they have to go by what Renault say about the car.
I’m about to lose the whole £16,000 I paid and I cannot even scrap it without paying extra unless the Ombudsman can help. I don’t want to part ex it or sell it privately as I’m worried it may injure or kill someone else.
Please let me know if you do use the Ombudsman, I’d like to keep track on progress!
